Disclaimer
The Animal Friendly Attorneys™ designation provides information about an attorney’s objectively verifiable work on behalf of animals to consumers who desire to use such information in choosing an attorney with similar values.
The Animal Friendly Attorneys™ designation makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality of or outcome relating to the services of an Animal Friendly Attorney™ member’s services. The Animal Friendly Attorneys™ designation makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the attorney’s dietary choices because Attorneys for Animals cannot monitor this, though all Animal Friendly Attorneys™ have represented to Attorneys for Animals their dietary choices. While Animal Friendly Attorneys™ members represent to Attorneys for Animals that malpractice insurance coverage is maintained, the Animal Friendly Attorneys™ designation makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the existence or sufficiency of any such policy.
Further, Animal Friendly Attorneys™ members must annually represent to Attorneys for Animals that the attorney is not aware of any disciplinary proceedings against the attorney and that the attorney will notify Attorneys for Animals of any such proceeding. If Attorneys for Animals becomes aware, through regular updates by the Animal Friendly Attorneys™ or through other means that an Animal Friendly Attorney™ member no longer meets one or more of the outlined criteria, the Animal Friendly Attorney™ designation will be removed.
A consumer wishing to engage the services of a particular Animal Friendly Attorneys™ member should inquire directly with that attorney as to any questions relating to the foregoing.
